Investerge is a new concept, a new company and starts a new era for the property investment sector. Launched by an industry disruptor who was behind Purple Bricks this new 'digital' business is all about uniting the traditional players in the sector to offer a better deal for customers. Estate agents are given a solution to provide a new service to investment customers. Property brokers are given a new platform to find investors all through a new digital marketplace.

The main aim is to give property investors a better service, more choice and a flexible way to buy and sell, all from the security of the Investerge market place and accessible on an App.

Greenfield will provide marketing, PR, video and social media consultancy and services to launch and develop the brand.
BUILDING RECOGNITION
Recognising the good in Facial Recognition
Facewatch is certainly a company to watch! They are the first business to launch a retail crime prevention system using facial recognition in the UK.
Our task is to build positive public acceptance of this technology. It is a superb challenge that Greenfield has accepted. With some very strong reactions to recognition technology using biometrics a sure-footed and exacting range of communications are required to carefully position Facewatch as a solution delivering a very important product that makes the retail landscape safer whilst respecting the public's privacy.
Greenfield will be working to establish senior members of the Facewatch team as thought leaders utilising a full deck of social media, film and PR tools. We will also work on creating their strategic marketing plan working with their technology partner Intel.

LAUNCHING A WORLDS' FIRST
The  Fujifilm DS7 digital Camera
At the same time that the Internet was gathering pace, the world of photography was also undergoing a transformation from analogue to digital. Greenfield marketing consultants worked with Fujifilm as a digital marketing consultant on all aspects of the transformation of the company from the world’s leading roll film and paper producer to become a digital business inventing and launching the world’s first consumer digital camera. Our role involved developing the strategic plan, creating the marketing rollout plus all aspects of consumer and trade communications. With our expertise in web design, we also created Fujifilm’s first online site.
REBRANDING A NATIONAL TREASURE
Vosper Thornycroft becomes VTgroup
The last remaining naval ship builder on the South coast, Vosper Thornycroft was a major employer in Hampshire and contractor to the Royal Navy around the World. Growth in the 2000s created a diverse group providing a range of support services in many Government out-sourced areas including the education sector. The group was a mishmash of companies and brands which required rationalisation under a single identity which would create unity and common purpose with the 10,000 employees and thousands of customers all dependent on the group. Over a period of 3 years Greenfield marketing consultants re-branded and created a strategic marketing plan for the group VTplc and undertook an education programme across all businesses linking all group organisations via an online intranet which rationalised many group operations such as recruitment and management training.

"Stuart is one of the most creative and technologically savvy people I know, who has a knack of being able to combine these skills to create some damn fine ideas for marketing strategies and activities".
THE LUXURY OF A BRAND
It is always a pleasure to be involved with quality products and in the UK marine industry, there still remains a huge reputation in the design and crafting of the finest world cruising yachts. Creating brands that resonate and communicate quality across the globe requires an incredible focus on detail. From website to print to film and exhibitions every detail must reflect quality and dedication. Working with Discovery Yachts as a marketing consultant gave us the opportunity to build the brand and reinforce their reputation for building the finest handcrafted, bespoke, sailing yachts.
BUILDING REPUTATIONS
Working with best, Barratt Homes and Knight Frank
House building has never been so important and working with one of the largest developers and chartered surveyors were satisfying and challenging. Creating a wide range of media communications using the local press, online, and event public relations enabled first-time buyers to quickly understand what, where and how they could take their first step. Maintaining a brand presence for these companies is as much about selling as it is about information. There is a subtle mix between the online and face to face relationship needed to market homes.
THE BEAUTIFUL GAME
Southampton and Aston Villa Football clubs
It’s our National sport, it’s emotional, it’s fast moving and the club brands are some of the oldest and most recognised in the World. Working with Southampton Football club involved creating brand ideas for each season and rolling these ideas out across all media and communications.
One year the brand was linked exclusively to the word ‘extraordinary’ and from corporate hospitality through to the online shop and all print collateral this idea was embraced by supporters, players and staff and of course it delivered!

Aston Villa also wanted to embrace brand new ideas to develop their sponsorship and corporate hospitality. We delivered with a series of regional campaigns to develop long lasting relationships with many of the most successful companies in the region.
JUDGE US BY OUR BRAND
The practise of rebranding lawyers
Since the change in the law a decade ago allowing the legal profession to advertise their services, Greenfield has had the opportunity to work with two of the South’s leading practises, Lester Aldridge and Warner Goodman. Solicitors are solely about their people so a brand identity is much more than just a logo mark. The style, approach and soul of the business has to be reflected by the way the people, speak, dress and communicate. This is often forged by the original partners who we have been able to help in understanding the challenges by creating ways to nudge the partners and staff into strong cohesive teams that champion the brand. Both organisations still remain leaders in their fields.c

WHEN A CITY REQUIRES COUNCIL
Branding Southampton
It seems that cities just exist but the truth is that the most successful work extremely hard to be just that. Southampton is one such city that has faced challenges with mixed fortunes for its people over the years. Greenfield worked with the senior management team to develop the city’s image with the goal to attract business investment, retail growth and new funding to develop a connection with the waterfront, closed off to the people by the port. The name Sea City was created as a brand platform to build the concept of Southampton as an International gateway and strategically important city.
Chief Executive at Southampton City Council

In addition Stuart was a highly effective networker, building good relationships in both private & public sectors. Stuart is a creative thinking and was a real pleasure to work with"
CHINA - VIRTUALLY
Wanda - The world's largest!
Working with one of the largest construction companies is a great privilege for any business. Wanda Group led by Wang Jianlin, one of the richest men in China and probably the world, builds and runs some of the largest and most complex shopping plazas in the world. The group also has interests in theme parks, hotels, and the film industry owning many businesses in Hollywood.
The challenge was to create promotional films of the new Wanda developments. These developments were still virtual ideas that required digital creation to communicate the ideas and concept to the hundreds of interested parties needed to approve and build the plazas. With a portfolio of 133 malls and 84 hotels each new project had to be branded and link with the region and city it was planned for. We then were tasked to produce short films in 3D and 4K resolution to present all aspects of a new project. This included full CGI creation of buildings, theme parks and interiors all with live action filming of the story embedded into the final film.
With production in London and filming on location in China using the latest 3D stereoscopic equipment (suitable for the IMAX cinemas owned by Wanda). Exciting and highly technical the final films were used throughout China to promote the Wanda vision.
HIGH TECH WOOD!
Accoya - improving nature?
Wood is a beautiful, robust, practical, workable and of course renewable and has helped create civilisation as we know it today. So could wood be better? A group of scientist believed so by using a process called acetylation. This in effect pickles wood in vinegar and without changing the look or usability stops the wood rotting for more than 50 years or more.
This simple idea was converted into an industrial process and a new product named Accoya was created. More expensive than most wood products but extremely durable means for certain applications where wood is seen as the only solution in environmentally sensitive or historic buildings Accoya is the ideal choice.
Our challenge was to identify channels to market and build volume to ensure the product became well known enough to sell manufacturing licences across the world to ramp up the volume to commercial levels. A series of exhibitions, conferences, test uses in bridges and dams and well-known housing projects as slowly created a niche for this revolutionary new wood product.
A BRAND FOR EVER
One vision, thousands of products
When you supply over 10,000 products and most are for next day delivery the task of creating a simple brand that is not only memorable but also communicates visually is crucial to the success of the business. Creating a brand that can also endure through the last 15 years of sales innovation is also challenging.
One brand we will always be very proud of is Consumbles.com. This highly efficient distribution family business is built on a strong foundation of services and never letting the customer down, very important when their small parts and consumables could easily stop a production line if not available. The brand visualisation is a bee and the strong colours and obvious connection with efficiency and working as a team is lived every day throughout the business.
The branding is a driving force for creative ideas and marketing innovation and has become fundamental to the ethos throughout the business and continues to deliver value.
"Stuart is an incredibly creative and gifted marketing consultant who has had a tremendous impact on our business. His valuable insights and experience as a digital marketing consultant have played a key role in helping us to make critical decisions on the path we have taken our business, one which we believe will help lead us towards much greater success".
MAKING AN EXHIBITION OF YOURSELF
The exhibition industry continues to be an interesting sector has undergone many changes in format since the growth of the Internet and social media. One thing that is constant is the need for face to face interaction with set-piece opportunities in the form of conference and presentations to convey recent and relevant knowledge. These set formats are key moments for most industries and exhibition brands develop, mature and fade much like any other product. Renewal of formats, specialist focus and location are all keys to maintaining the visitors, exhibitors and sponsors revenue to pay for speakers, marketing and the infrastructure required to build brand equity.
Greenfield Marketing launched a new company to manage, brand and roll out the Computer Trade Show which grew to become the largest IT industry trade show in Europe. Launched at the NEC in Birmingham the format grew with a mix of conferences, exhibition and IT dealer participation to become a key moment in the sectors yearly calendar of events. The format was successfully sold to a major US conference management company in the early 2000s.
